Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This is a.Chill outlet at the airport The ambience was awesome and inviting The service was good too and the servers warm and friendly However the food was not very good Firstly there were no vegetarian and vegan options We ordered nachos which came with beef chilli sauce on the side definitely tasted sad not good I am a big fan of chili’s but definitely not the nachos This is a Do not order dish The entire experience was good except for the nachos"
"I noticed many of the low star reviews commented about poor service. I ordered from the to-go section and the lady there was nice. Food was also good (though maybe boosted since I was hungry)"
"Me and the family came out to the Chili’s tonight and little Dino. It’s gonna be one of the hardest nights of my life. My daughter came out to me as a Green Bay Packers fan. I’ll never be the same, but what made it all better was the staff at the Chili’s the food was great and the service was wonderful. Thanks for making a hard time. Better chilies."
"I know other reviews complained about service but our server was in very good mood. We ate the Fajita which was OK. If you are not too hungry it can be shared. The prices are high like most airport places"
"Located in B terminal, zero wait in four visits over a few weeks travel. Appreciated consistent attentive service that can move fast or slow depending on your connecting flight needs. Sat at bar. Enjoyed wine, Chips & Salsa with Queso and their classic Chicken Tortilla Soup with a side of pico de gallo. Appreciated being able to catch the NFL Ireland game too! This place is great for a good vibe and delicious comfort food."
"Arrived to see several seats open but the bar was "full" because every single person was seated with one seat open next to them. My husband and I had a 4.5 hour delay on 1.19.25 due to the snow storm and we were hungry and wanted to sit down and drink/eat for a little while. We were not greeted even though a woman was at the host stand. So I went to the bar and moved two seats together. A waiter said to me "you're not allowed to move the seats", so I apologized and moved it back and a really nice patron gave his seat up and moved for us. Once we sat down, we ordered from the bartender. We received our drinks quickly but when our food was out, both of our orders were not correct. We enjoyed the food anyway. The food was really good and my cocktails were great. The only complaint we have is when a plane arrived behind us and the door was open, which allowed the negative temps to plow through the bar area and any table that sat right in front of it. Watch where you ate sitting! Don't sit in front of the airplane terminal during winter. Chili's should put up a curtain or something to block the air chill. It's comically ridiculous."
"Stopped in during a layer for some dinner and to sit down and relax. Was pleasantly surprised. Though they were quite busy our server was fantastic. The food came out quickly and tasted good. The chicken sandwich came with a huge side of fries, for $16 at the airport, really can't complain."
""Made at site" burger patty was great! Could use a but more seasoning, but still very good. Lots of crispy fries with light seasoning (for me seasoning was perfect). Service was ok. Atmosphere, well what's there to says....it's at an airport. Mozzarella mushroom burger could have used more of both - mushrooms and mozzarella!"
